At Mondelēz International, I delivered a new production line in a complex legacy manufacturing environment, meeting all defined project success criteria. I currently lead PMO governance for a site-critical capital expansion and business transformation program.
I coordinate project and functional leaders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and external partners, aligning integrated plans, risks, dependencies, and decisions. My work also connects SAP/BOM enablement, sourcing, equipment integration, qualification, and operational readiness.
Previously, I led business and operational transformation workstreams at Mondelēz International and an engineering portfolio at Whirlpool Corporation. I’ve developed teams in both settings, including selecting two managers I had previously developed and promoted to take on expanded responsibilities in a new team.
