What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead nursing education, assessment, learner-success, or cohort-based programs where I can improve outcomes through curriculum, NCLEX preparation, remote delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

At MPS Limited, I lead nursing and health sciences content-development initiatives valued at $100K–$300K, managing up to three concurrent projects and teams of up to 30 writers, subject-matter experts, and reviewers. I delivered 1,100 assessment items in five weeks after an accelerated client deadline.

Previously at Unitek Learning, I supported 150–200 graduates through NCLEX preparation across three campuses and helped contribute to an approximately 20-percentage-point improvement in NCLEX pass performance. My work spans learner support, cohort onboarding, remote program delivery, curriculum, assessment, and quality improvement.

I've also developed and reviewed nursing assessments across PN/VN, ASN, and BSN programs, mentored online nursing students at Western Governors University, and taught practical nursing and associate-degree nursing students at Ozarks Technical Community College.
