What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote leadership roles applying project and program management, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement to scale academic or healthcare programs, lead distributed teams, and manage grant-funded initiatives.

I am a PMP-certified project manager and academic leader with over a decade overseeing remote and hybrid healthcare and academic programs. I directed a fully remote undergraduate program of six faculty and approximately 330 students and increased enrollment by 25% in one year.

I have led grant-funded initiatives (including $160K+ and $75K projects), designed asynchronous curricula and online degrees, and delivered Lean Six Sigma training for healthcare professionals.
