Full accountability for continuous operational excellence of the accelerated BSN track for academic partner, Concordia St Paul, College of Nursing. Led successful launch and growth of the program, increasing census from 12 to 221 students and achieving NCLEX first time pass rates of 93%.

Responsible for three essential system-wide priorities: ensuring best practice and optimizing patient outcomes by addressing QSEN data impacting NSI’s; leading nursing governance; and transforming patient education into superior health literacy for entire healthcare system.

Education consortium in partnership with HCMC and the Minneapolis VA providing ongoing education to nursing staff. Faculty for didactic content including Evidence-Based Practice, Post-Surgical, Preceptor, Advanced Critical Care, and simulated learning.

Interim Dual Appointment. Responsible for creating continuing education and staff development of hospice team to comply with CMS requirements. Created a gap analysis to create efficiencies and methods to justify effectiveness of education vs. management.

Served concurrently as interim track chair while maintaining director duties. Responsible for accelerated track of BSN program including operational management, program leadership, faculty and staff supervision, student success, curriculum development, accreditation and compliance.

Facilitate learning for students in an accelerated pre-licensure nursing program while fostering an inclusive learning environment. Provide detailed formative feedback supporting student growth.

Served as community adjunct faculty for prelicensure nursing, RN to BSN, and direct-entry MSN students. Didactic instructor for leadership hybrid course for RN to BSN students and lab instructor for entry-level MSN students.
