What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in academic nursing that emphasizes curriculum innovation, faculty development, simulation integration, and measurable student success outcomes.

I am an experienced nursing educator and program director with a sustained record of curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and student success initiatives across undergraduate nursing programs.

I led the development of new program pathways, integrated NCLEX Next-Gen standards, and directed admissions, progression, and remediation for roughly 100 undergraduate students annually, improving preparedness for licensure.

My clinical and educational leadership includes designing simulation-based clinical replacements, leading accreditation and committee work (CCNE, MSCHE, AACN Essentials), and implementing competency and orientation programs in acute care settings.

I am research-active with an EdD dissertation on faculty teaching methods for cultural competence (completed and defended) and plan to expand work into test anxiety, mindfulness, and AI-enhanced learning in nursing education.
