At JBC, I coordinated international air freight from booking through airport movement, prepared HAWBs and MAWBs, filed SEDs, arranged inland transportation, and sent pre-alert documentation to destination agents. At Hancock Transportation, I coordinated container movements from ports and FEC terminals, driver assignments, pickups, deliveries, payment monitoring, and time-sensitive customer requirements.
