I am an ICT-trained professional with a BS in Tourism Management, graduating magna cum laude. I have hands-on experience in customer service, virtual assistance, and passenger services, and I consistently aim to enhance both personal and organizational outcomes.

At the Department of Information and Communications Technology, I planned, organized, and executed ICT capacity-building programs, coordinated logistics and reporting, and served as an HR focal for internal coordination and personnel matters. I have participated in digital leadership and AI governance programs and completed technical trainings in Linux administration, cybersecurity awareness, and Canva AI.

I bring strong administrative, communication, and training-design skills along with practical experience in web basics, calendar and email management, and events support.
