What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an e-commerce or operations role where I can manage online stores, improve inventory and pricing workflows, support customers, and contribute to smooth day-to-day business operations.

I've managed e-commerce operations for Digi East Wholesale, VMARTUK, Toobelo, and Audoma across eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. My work includes product research and listings, inventory monitoring, repricing, cost updates, customer support, and store reporting.

I've also supported B2B customers in Odoo, coordinated with logistics partners, created email marketing and basic CRM campaigns, and assisted with bookkeeping in Xero. As a former business owner and operations administrator, I'm comfortable handling supplier communication, data entry, cashiering, payroll, and day-to-day store operations.
