At HOUSTON'S INC., I manage daily order processing and accuracy for national foodservice distributor accounts, including Sysco, US Foods, Shamrock Foods, and Harbor. I process and troubleshoot EDI transactions using SPS Commerce and AccuTerm/JBase.
I track purchase orders, backorders, inventory availability, transfers, and fulfillment timelines. When discrepancies or operational exceptions arise, I coordinate with purchasing, transportation, warehouse, outside sales, and IT teams to resolve them and communicate changes.
At UNITED SALAD CO., I coordinated account operations, onboarding, and issue resolution across Oregon and Washington. I also worked with USDA, Oregon Department of Education, and Defense Logistics Agency stakeholders on FFAVORS ordering-platform issues and program requirements.
