I am a seasoned technical program and project manager with deep experience leading global software portfolios across healthcare, consumer, and enterprise domains. I specialize in medical device software development, LIMS integrations, and regulatory compliance including FDA, RUO, CE IVD and IVD-R standards.

I lead high-performance teams and have managed budgets and large-scale projects up to multi-million dollar scope while delivering frequent releases and measurable revenue growth. I authored departmental SOPs for software development to align practices with ISO 13485 and 62304 requirements.

My technical fluency spans AWS cloud development, Angular and Java applications, Azure DevOps, NetSuite and Great Plains ERP, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI. I have successfully integrated multiple LIMS systems (Cerner, HistoTrac and proprietary solutions) and managed external contractors to achieve seamless product delivery.
