What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and grow a patient-centered breast/oncology practice—coordinating navigation, education, and survivorship care while mentoring clinicians, improving protocols, and supporting compassionate, privacy-first outcomes.

I’m an experienced Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive expertise in breast care, oncology, and hematology. I deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum—from preventive screening through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.

In my current role as APC Lead, Breast Care Nurse Practitioner with OptumCare Breast Care Program – Nevada, I lead and supervise a team of five Nurse Practitioners and Breast Care Patient Navigators. I collaborate with medical leadership to develop policies and standard operating procedures, support recruitment and onboarding, and mentor nurse practitioners to strengthen clinical performance and patient outcomes.

Previously, as a Radiation Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Florida Hospital – Tampa, FL, I managed oncology and hematology patients across acute and chronic settings, conducted comprehensive assessments and treatment planning, and supported clinical research and quality improvement initiatives—including determining eligibility for clinical trial participation. Earlier in my career, I strengthened my foundation through varied RN roles, including telephonic case management and pediatric oncology, and I continue to bring strong communication, critical thinking, and cultural competency to every patient interaction.
