I’m looking for a role where I can provide compassionate, evidence-based RN care—especially in oncology or home health—while owning care coordination, patient education, and quality improvement. I value teamwork, mentorship, and a safety-first culture.

I’m a results-driven Registered Nurse with over nine years of progressive experience across home health, oncology, long-term care, and acute care. I focus on compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in strong assessment, critical thinking, and collaboration.

In home health, I serve as a Case Manager where I’m proficient in OASIS documentation and skilled at assessing patient conditions to identify individualized home health needs. I coordinate care plans, monitor progress toward recovery goals, and support safe discharge by evaluating the home environment and care requirements.

In Radiation Oncology, I delivered evidence-based oncology nursing care through all systems and phases of treatment.
