I am a compassionate and highly motivated Registered Nurse with over 6 years of combined experience as both an LPN and RN. My journey in nursing has equipped me with a diverse skill set, particularly in pediatrics, adult emergency care, and long-term care. Currently, I am working in the Pediatric and Adult Emergency Department at Lakeland Regional Health, where I deliver acute care to high-acuity patients. My role involves not only managing trauma and emergencies but also advocating for patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care transitions.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to providing education and emotional support to families during crises, which I believe is crucial in healthcare. My previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in long-term care and oncology has further honed my skills in care coordination and patient advocacy. I am now seeking a Case Management position where I can leverage my strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach to improve patient outcomes and facilitate efficient care transitions.
