What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Registered Nurse position that uses my education and 25+ years of oncology experience to better the company—while delivering direct, compassionate patient care and strong leadership through mentoring and coordinated treatment support.

I’m a Registered Nurse with over twenty-five years of health care experience across inpatient oncology, infusion services, and remote clinical operations. I currently serve as a staff nurse in the Blood Cancer Unit at Medical City Dallas, providing direct care to blood cancer patients and partnering closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Most recently, I’ve worked as a Bone Marrow Transplant Nurse Navigator, where my duties include administering and supporting care involving chemotherapy, immune therapy, and various blood products. I’m known for building trust quickly with patients while coordinating effectively across fellow RNs, ancillary staff, and healthcare professionals to guide patients through their oncology journey.

Earlier roles include an Infusion Clinic Registered Nurse position with Florida Cancer Specialists and a remote Clinical Reviewer role with SnapNurse, where I reviewed travel clinician resumes, assigned Relias assessment exams, coached clinicians through database data entry, and joined clinical leadership calls. I’ve also served as a Staff Nurse/Team Lead at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, overseeing registered nurses and patient care techs, completing audits, facilitating discharge planning, and contributing to quality improvement projects.
