I am looking for senior clinical leadership roles blending direct oncology/palliative practice with program development, quality improvement, and strategic operations.

I am a dual-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of oncology, palliative, and advanced practice experience across acute, ambulatory, and hospice settings. I combine clinical expertise with strategic operational leadership to improve patient outcomes and program performance.

My background includes inpatient and outpatient oncology management, CAR-T and bi-specific therapy care, and procedural skills such as bedside bone marrow biopsies. I have overseen infusion centers, implemented evidence-based safety protocols, and reduced unplanned hospitalizations through optimized chemotherapy and rapid-response pathways.

I have led multi-state hospice and telehealth program development, scaled services, and driven quality assurance initiatives that improved regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.
