What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Nurse Practitioner role where I can lead with compassion and drive measurable quality improvement—using chart audits, evidence-based care, and education to strengthen provider performance and improve patient outcomes.

I’m a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of clinical practice as both a nurse and advanced practice provider. I bring a steady focus on Evidence-Based Guidelines, thoughtful assessment, and high-quality patient experience across hospice, palliative, and urgent care settings.

I’ve also built my career around improving systems of care—bringing 10 years of quality improvement management and leadership experience. In roles such as Clinical Quality Nurse Leader, I evaluated nursing care across inpatient units, collected and analyzed data to improve positive patient outcomes, and utilized Lean Six Sigma principles, including drill-downs on adverse outcomes and staff engagement in solution development.

As a Nurse Practitioner Leader and educator, I translate quality work into practical change. I collect and analyze quality data, perform chart audits to identify opportunities in provider documentation, and develop tools that support provider education—while serving as a trusted resource for end-of-life concepts and assessments.
