What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a dynamic organization where I can contribute to HR performance and continue my professional development.

At Nexaminds, I handled personnel administration, including contracts, leave, and employee files, and managed onboarding and offboarding.

I drafted SOPs and HR policies, tracked HR information in Google Sheets, and supported payroll and payroll forecasting.

At Association BTS, I tracked credit files and repayments, recorded payments, welcomed beneficiaries, and updated the information system.

My final-year project studied organizational citizenship behavior in Tunisian companies and explored how it could support engagement and sustainable performance. I’m looking to contribute to HR performance while continuing my professional development.
