I've supported HR operations at Zoom Communications as a PX Operations Coordinator, managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits, payroll-related support, and HR data maintenance.

I developed and implemented HR policies and procedures, performed HR process audits, and helped employees navigate compensation, leave, and employment-related questions. I also facilitated open enrollment communications to increase benefits participation.
