What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate operations and support HR functions—handling confidential documentation with HIPAA discretion, strengthening employee relations, and improving workflows through accurate admin and clear cross-department communication.

I’m an Operations and HR Support Coordinator experienced in coordinating workflows, supporting employee relations, and maintaining confidential documentation within structured work environments. In my current role, I coordinate daily departmental operations, staffing needs, and workflow scheduling while serving as a liaison between employees, supervisors, and HR.

I support onboarding and training coordination to help new employees integrate smoothly, and I maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential employee and operational records. I also assist leadership with performance documentation, follow-ups, and administrative tracking—always with professionalism, organization, and consistency.

Earlier, I worked in Quality Technician / Compliance Support roles where I maintained accurate quality and compliance documentation in production environments. I supported corrective action documentation and continuous improvement initiatives, and I communicated findings across departments to support timely issue resolution.

I bring strong cross-functional communication, administrative accuracy, and process improvement support from both operations and compliance work. I’m currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Human Resource Management to further strengthen my HR expertise.
