What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level remote support role where I can use clear communication and strong customer service skills to help customers quickly via chat and email, with training and growth opportunities.

I’m a motivated, customer-focused Mass Communication student at Ekiti State University, building a career around clear, professional communication. I bring excellent spoken and written English, and I’m confident explaining concepts in a way people can easily understand.

I’ve gained hands-on experience working as an English teacher, where I prepared lessons and communicated concepts clearly. I’ve also worked as a cashier, processing payments accurately, and as a retail customer service assistant, helping customers choose products and resolve concerns.

Right now, I’m focused on entry-level remote roles where I can use my customer service mindset and communication skills to support people through chat and email. I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can learn fast, stay reliable under pressure, and deliver friendly, effective help.
