What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles in international development where I can lead strategic communications and mixed-methods policy research—turning complex evidence on climate, inclusion and financial empowerment into clear reports, briefs and public-facing stories.

I am a policy, research and communications professional with 7 years of experience producing and communicating evidence across the international development sector. My work spans global social policy, climate change and climate finance, financial inclusion, gender equality, governance, skills development and social protection. I design and deliver mixed-methods research, then author and lead editorial development of reports, policy briefs, case studies and long-form articles—translating complex evidence into clear, engaging and accessible content for development practitioners and public audiences.

As a Corporate & Strategic Communications Specialist with the Punjab Skills Development Fund, I lead editorial strategy and management while supporting policy analysis across energy education and social inclusion initiatives. I shape narrative excellence for flagship programmes, translate technical research and programme evidence into accessible content for policymakers, and oversee cross-platform dissemination while maintaining donor compliance and brand standards. Across my roles as a Senior Research Analyst and Research Associate, I also supervise junior researchers, conduct comparative policy analysis, and partner with international teams to launch research-backed podcasts and digital multimedia—staying rigorous about quality, clarity, and stakeholder impact.
