I've researched international relations, written current-affairs content, and supported outreach work across media, public relations, and social-impact settings in Pakistan.

At The Buraaq Times, I researched and wrote articles on current affairs, assisted with editing, and developed practical experience in fact-checking, media ethics, and online content outreach. During my ISPR internship, I strengthened my understanding of governance through institutional visits and lectures from experienced professionals.

I've also supported Global Hire Pakistan by researching potential hiring businesses, organizing data in Google Sheets and Excel, and sharing records with CSR teams to support outreach. As an Amal Academy Career-Prep Fellow, I collaborated on the Youth for Earth project and delivered school sessions on green technology and environmental sustainability.

My academic work includes co-authoring research on Great Power Competition in the Arctic and examining the Pakistan-Saudi Arabia Defense Pact and its regional implications. Through Model United Nations, human-rights volunteering, and community engagement, I've developed policy research, stakeholder engagement, communication, and teamwork skills.
