What I'm looking for

I’m returning to IT service desk, desktop support, and customer service roles, and I’m refreshing modern Microsoft 365 and remote support workflows.

At ZB Bank, I supported office staff with Windows PCs, business applications, and printer problems. I installed and configured Windows, workstation software, and printers, and investigated basic hardware and network connectivity issues.

Since 2014, I’ve been self-employed in business operations and client services, maintaining customer relationships and coordinating service delivery. I’m returning to IT service desk, desktop support, and customer service roles, while refreshing my Microsoft 365 and remote support workflows.
