I’m looking for an entry-level role in IT support, digital content, or systems-adjacent work (remote or in-person), where I can handle helpdesk, train users, and use AI tools to ship useful, structured outputs.

I’m an Information Systems graduate with practical IT support experience and a growing track record of building AI-assisted digital products. I resolve technical problems fast, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and use AI tools to create useful, structured outputs.

At Zimpapers Group, I provided first- and second-line IT support to 150+ staff, resolved 100+ helpdesk tickets, and installed/configured 30+ desktops and multifunction printers during an office expansion.
