What I'm looking for
I am a dynamic HR leader with over a decade of international experience in talent management, recruitment and organizational development, fluent in English and Italian and conversational in French. I design and implement HR strategies that improve engagement, performance and retention across pre-opening and operational hotel environments.
I have led end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and internship programs, managed multiple simultaneous hiring processes, and coached managers to foster team development. I have overseen culture change and orientation for 200+ associates during pre-opening and opening phases and implemented SOPs and global policies across more than ten business areas.
