What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote-focused HR or talent acquisition role where I can lead recruitment, strengthen employee experience, coordinate development initiatives, and contribute to an international, collaborative workplace.

I've led end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for Hotel Bahía Príncipe Fantasía, supporting a 500+ employee workforce across operational, technical, and management hiring. I also built onboarding and culture sessions, coordinated FUNDAE training, and supported recognition and retention initiatives.

Previously at Adecco, I managed recruitment and staffing services for 20+ hospitality clients and an average daily workforce of 200 active workers. I bring a Psychology background, fluent English, and experience working remotely across sourcing, interviewing, employee development, and HR administration.
