At Morningstar, I managed career development and talent management across EMEA, designing, coordinating, and delivering learning programs and facilitating leadership capability programs for managers. I also organized manager conferences and conducted focus groups and training needs analysis.
At SoftwareOne, I led the global implementation of a performance evaluation system and established the EMEA Academy. I also implemented a new learning management system and launched a mentoring module and career planning tool with Fuel50. Across my work in career coaching, learning, and talent development, I’ve delivered over 1,000 hours of training and around 500 hours of career coaching.
