Before Accenture, I strengthened my operational and stakeholder mindset as a Traffic Assistance Technician at Portway Handling in Lisbon, coordinating ground handling in compliance with airport procedures. I communicated with multiple stakeholders to support on-time operations and managed time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

I also contributed to project execution and quality control as a Project Assistant and Graphic Designer at NOA in Frankfurt, coordinating projects, maintaining operational documentation, and collaborating to improve workflows. With my background in Design from European University–Lisbon, I blend structured documentation discipline with practical problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
