At Accenture Portugal, I conduct quality audits for the Spanish-speaking market, identify root causes of errors, and review team outputs against quality standards and project SLAs.
I use audit findings and error trends to mentor analysts, support dispute resolution, and deliver process and policy training. I also develop quality improvement strategies and work with Operations teams on daily challenges.
Previously, as a Trust & Safety Associate at Accenture Portugal, I evaluated content and policy compliance for the French-speaking market. At Adecco RH Portugal, I managed international recruitment pipelines and tracked candidate workflows and recruitment metrics.
My work has also included coordinating the MIL project at ALCC - Associação Lusofonia, Cultura e Cidadania, supporting employment counseling at CEPAC - Centro Padre Alves Correia, and managing digital communications at IPAV - Instituto Padre António Vieira. I’m committed to community development and social impact, including through volunteer work with Passa Sabi and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation’s Project ‘O Nosso Km2’.
