I'm looking for a client-focused role where I can solve complex challenges, build strong customer relationships, support digital solutions, and continue developing skills that drive business success.

At VORTAL, I support private-sector organizations using e-sourcing and e-procurement solutions, helping configure and manage electronic procurement procedures.

I analyze client needs, recommend process improvements, deliver training and product demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve business requirements.

Previously, I supported public entities publishing tenders through VORTAL, using Microsoft Dynamics, LogMeIn, and cross-functional collaboration to manage cases and troubleshoot issues. At Idealista, I handled customer service, product recommendations, and sales support using Salesforce and Jira.

I'm client-focused and detail-oriented, bringing C2 English, B2 Spanish, native Portuguese, and experience building strong customer relationships across support, consulting, and digital procurement.
