At International Engineering Recruitment, I sourced, screened and placed engineering and technical professionals for international clients. I also handled business development and account management, taking client relationships from the first pitch through to placement.
I built tailored candidate pitches and wrote clear screening notes grounded in candidates’ experience, contributions and motivations. My psychology studies at South African College of Applied Psychology inform how I assess what candidates have actually done and what motivates them.
Since 2025, I’ve been building recruitment technology independently. Kortlys is an AI recruitment tool in beta with recruiters, designed to reduce admin between sourcing and shortlist and plug into existing recruitment platforms such as Placement Partner.
I also designed, built and marketed Please Hire Me, a live web platform, and developed Tender Bot and admin automation tools for document analysis, data extraction and reporting. I’ve worked with AI and blockchain since 2018, and bring experience presenting and connecting with people from my performance background.
