Promoted and onboarded South African recruitment agencies onto Flowmingo’s AI interview platform, managing the partner acquisition cycle from outreach to onboarding. Used LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to target 10+ agencies and delivered remote demos and tailored follow-ups while tracking pipeline status and certification compliance.

Sourced, screened, and referred qualified candidates to international roles via micro1’s global referral program, with payouts of up to $3,000 per hire after completion of 10 hours of paid work. Used micro1’s referral dashboard to track pipelines and gained hands-on exposure to Zara’s AI interviewing and automated skills assessment workflows.

Founded and built Talenthu, a South African graduate-focused AI-powered CV builder (PWA) deployed on Netlify with a serverless Anthropic API proxy. Integrated AI-assisted cover letter generation, ATS optimization, CV auto-fill, and bullet rewriting using Claude AI, iterating the product in a fully remote, self-managed environment.

Designed, coordinated, and delivered HR training workshops for groups of 40+ participants, managing end-to-end logistics including scheduling, materials, attendance tracking, assessments, and post-training reporting. Prepared training content aligned to South African legislative standards including the Skills Development Act, BCEA, and EEA.
