What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, output-based role where I can apply research, document verification, clear writing, and AI-tool testing to improve accurate, deadline-driven work.

I connect people, processes and technology. I have a BAppSocSci in Psychology and Counselling from SACAP (72.8% overall), three years finding and engaging talent at a recruitment agency, and I currently run projects, tenders and compliance for an engineering contractor in Pretoria.

Day to day I manage deadlines, documents, budgets, suppliers and stakeholders, and I build automation tools with AI (Claude Code) to cut out repetitive admin, such as a system that fills in compliance documents automatically. I also set up and run the company's Google Ads, Google Business Profile and website.

As Wellbeing Officer on SACAP's Student Representative Council I supported students with empathy and clear communication, and I've traded crypto and financial markets since 2018.

I'm looking for remote or hybrid roles in operations, project coordination, HR and recruitment, compliance, or AI operations and training. I'm fluent in English and Afrikaans and comfortable working international hours.
