I’m an HR & Recruiting Director with proven success scaling ABA therapy and healthcare organizations. In my current role, I direct HR and recruiting across three locations and executed 250+ hires, driving a 214% increase in average weekly billable hours (700→2,200) over three years.
I’m at my best in high-volume recruitment and end-to-end people operations—building onboarding programs for clinical and administrative staff, conducting annual performance reviews, and serving as the primary employee relations contact. I investigate and resolve performance and conflict issues while maintaining clear, operational policies and incident reporting protocols.
I also lead the HR operations that keep teams running smoothly: payroll preparation, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and 401(k) oversight, plus HRIS/ATS-driven workflows.
