I’m a results-driven business manager with extensive experience in business development, sales strategy execution, key account management, and coordinating with international principals to align their strategies with local market objectives. In my current role as Business Manager (Homecare & Personal Care) at Orkila Egypt Chemicals (Azelis Group), I lead sales coordination, principal management, pricing strategy, market development, and performance management for the Home Care, Personal Care & Cosmeceuticals portfolio. I manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans, establish sales KPIs and performance targets, and monitor results with corrective actions to protect margin and competitiveness.
Previously, as Sales Manager (Personal Care) and Senior Sales Engineer, I led key accounts and delivered on-site technical and commercial support for multiple development projects per year, from trials and scale-up to successful product implementation. Earlier, I handled foreign procurement—sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and shipment documentation—so I bring a practical, end-to-end understanding of how commercial decisions translate into reliable supply and execution.
