At Superside, I led Resource Operations through two company-wide restructures, growing the team from 4 to 9 managers and adapting resourcing processes as the business scaled.

I designed an AI-powered resource allocation algorithm using skills and capacity to recommend team configurations across 450+ customer accounts and 500+ team members. It reduced staffing time for new accounts by up to 40%.
