I've designed and delivered learning programmes across international schools in China and the UAE, from English-language instruction for young learners to Grade 11–12 Anatomy & Physiology and Physical & Health Education.
At Emirates National IB School, I designed a Grades 5–12 Physical & Health Education programme within the IB framework, shaping curriculum, activities, and assessment while adapting implementation across boys' and girls' sections.
Earlier, I managed the biokinetics practice in Stellenbosch Academy of Sport's High Performance Unit, delivering rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, chronic-disease exercise, and athlete-development interventions. I also built Excel-based recovery-monitoring tools and designed multidisciplinary architecture for a junior tennis athlete-development programme.
I'm continuing to build my work at the intersection of research, learning, nutrition, generative AI, and digital learning through History and Geography studies, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and an AI-assisted independent publishing project.
