What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning from traditional classroom teaching into remote, hybrid or Cape Town-based opportunities in Learning & Development, training, learning or content design, programme coordination, customer education or success, operations, EdTech and people development.

At MELKBOSSTRAND HIGH SCHOOL, I lead Grade 9 academic and administrative processes and coordinate communication among learners, parents, educators and management. I design learning programmes, assessments and support resources that turn complex requirements into clear instructions.

Previously, as Grade 8 Head at MELKBOSSTRAND HIGH SCHOOL, I coordinated grade administration and learner support, developed practical project work and adjusted support based on performance evidence.

At THOMAS MORE COLLEGE, I combined teaching with sports programme management. I coordinated events, tours, schedules, facilities and budgets, and mentored learners and student leaders across rugby and other sports.

My earlier work includes supporting administration and day-to-day operations at HARLEQUINS RUGBY CLUB, consultative customer sales at STANMAR MOTORS, and self-employed building, renovations and toy manufacturing. I'm now seeking remote, hybrid or Cape Town-based opportunities in learning and development, training, learning design, programme coordination, customer education and related areas.
