I am a learning and development professional with over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing training programs across the education and nonprofit sectors. My expertise lies in enhancing performance through customized learning strategies and effective stakeholder engagement. I have a proven track record in leading teams and aligning development initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring that every project I undertake delivers tangible results.

Currently, I serve as a Program Manager at Vusa Rugby and Learning Academy, where I direct the L&D strategy and facilitate training for over 12 interns, enhancing digital education in under-resourced communities. My previous roles, including Senior English Trainer and Curriculum Lead in China, have equipped me with the skills to deliver interactive lessons and develop resources that foster critical thinking and collaboration among diverse learners.
