I’m looking for a remote role where I can coordinate individualized support plans and assessments, partner with multidisciplinary teams, and use my EHR and medication management experience to deliver compassionate, reliable services while growing in IDD and mental health.
Marissa Derdowski
@marissaderdowski
Dedicated DDA Services Coordinator delivering individualized supports through strong communication, EHR expertise, and conflict resolution.
What I'm looking for
I’m a hardworking, driven individual who brings exceptional people skills, a fantastic memory, and a quick-learning mindset to every team I join. I’m responsible and punctual, and I solve problems effectively on my feet while meeting goals both independently and in a group.
As a DDA Services Coordinator (October 2023 - Present), I facilitate the development of Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Annual Plans for people receiving K-plan funded services in their own home, family home, or licensed/certified residential settings. I also facilitate Oregon Needs Assessments (ONA) annually and during changes in need, keeping support plans aligned with what individuals actually require.
I coordinate with other service entities—such as schools/school districts, doctors, therapists, ABA therapists, and psychiatrists—to help ensure cohesive, cooperative supports. My work depends on strong communication and detail-oriented execution, including Medication Management support and managing information through an Electronic Health Record.
Before this, I served as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (November 2021 - October 2023), providing clinical services, legal clarification, and supervision for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness at a Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF). I completed quality assurance over patient medications—ensuring medication orders matched the electronic health record and written doctor’s orders—after also supporting physical care, behavioral management, infection control, and security as a Mental Health Therapy Technician (June 2020 - October 2021).
