I built lead-generation workflows for service-based businesses, researching HVAC, cleaning, real estate, and local service providers. I created prospecting criteria and lead-tracking systems using spreadsheets and CRM platforms.

In my 2025 remote role supporting a cleaning services business, I researched residential and commercial prospects, organized outreach lists, and assisted with Mailchimp campaigns. I also supported social media marketing and maintained lead and customer data.
