I'm currently leading technical and security operations across 14+ client sites at Texas Security Dynamics, coordinating deployments and maintaining continuous, compliant coverage.

I rebuild and refurbish desktop PCs, diagnose hardware issues, replace components, and configure systems to keep equipment operational. I also integrate IP cameras with security software platforms and troubleshoot workstation and surveillance-system issues to minimize downtime.

My experience also includes customer-facing, high-volume operations at United Texas Credit Union and Office Depot, where I handled transactions, resolved issues, managed production workflows, and maintained equipment.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Texas A&M University, building on Computer Information Technology coursework in networking, hardware support, systems administration, and IT infrastructure. I'm eager to contribute across technical support, networking, systems administration, database management, and infrastructure roles.
