What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply CRM, data analysis, research, and automation skills in an international environment, helping teams understand audiences, improve communications, and make data-informed decisions.

At BRAINROCKET, I manage and execute automated CRM marketing campaigns for multiple international markets, adapting communications and promotions to different languages and audiences.

I use segmentation, content personalization, and campaign metric analysis to support conversion and retention, collaborating closely with marketing, content, and product teams.

My Sociology background and Master’s Degree in Digital Society and AI shape how I approach data, technology, and people’s behavior. I’ve also delivered territorial and social research, quantitative analysis, technical reports, and a support chatbot for people affected by the DANA.
