I’m a KYC & Compliance Operations professional with 2+ years of experience in regulated fintech and financial services, specializing in AML screening, Customer Due Diligence, and end-to-end client onboarding across global markets with deep expertise in LATAM. In my current role, I perform end-to-end KYC reviews—identity documents, proof of address, and individual and corporate accounts—while handling high daily volumes. I also run PEP and sanctions screening (Nexis Lexis) and complete CNPJ and UBO verification for corporate clients, including individual shareholder screening.

I’m comfortable owning complex, multi-system workflows—covering withdrawal authorization (bank statement analysis, e-wallets like Neteller/Skrill, crypto wallets, PIX) and compliance rule validation—while supporting clients through chat and email for account recovery, password resets, and license reactivation (BlackArrow/Nelogica).
