I've led web and mobile product delivery at Rootstrap for teams ranging from small squads to more than 15 members, spanning discovery through full development. I adapt Scrum and Kanban practices to each engagement while supporting client growth, pre-sales, and delivery improvement.

At Axenya, I owned the vision, roadmap, milestones, and re-planning for patient, caregiver, and admin platforms built for a digital health startup. I led a clinical pilot in Argentina that demonstrated measurable improvements in patient health outcomes and helped secure the company’s first investment round.

At dLocal, I translated business objectives into executable roadmaps across IT teams and owned the data warehouse behind company reporting. I also created Looker views, dashboards, and reports that reduced dependency on the technical team’s backlog.

I started in full-stack development, QA automation, and functional analysis before moving into Product Owner, product management, project management, and Agile Coaching roles. I bring hands-on technical grounding to outcome-driven delivery, team maturity, discovery, and backlog strategy.
