I’m a motivated and creative professional with sales experience and a strong eagerness to learn and grow. In my current role as an Eyeglass Manager at America’s Best, I provide regular store reporting to General and District Managers, manage and complete orders through POS/SDS platforms, and help ensure promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are implemented with clear associate and doctor communication.

Previously, as a Sales Associate at America’s Best, I handled inventory counts, replenished stock, and processed orders through POS/SDS while coordinating eyewear distribution in line with NVI guidelines. Earlier at H&R Block as a Client Service Professional, I greeted and supported clients, addressed inquiries and complaints, and assisted with administrative tasks like photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing—bringing strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer-first service to every day.
