I’m an Experienced Medical Billing Manager with a strong background in healthcare administration, client relations, and financial operations. I focus on accuracy, compliance, and patient satisfaction while managing multiple priorities and keeping relationships strong with clients, patients, and insurance providers.

In my current role, I manage billing operations including claim submission, resubmissions, and collections. I contact patients about billing issues, resolve disputes professionally, prepare and send patient statements and invoices, and evaluate financial status to establish payment plans for delinquent accounts. I also oversee month-end and quarterly financial processes to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations.

I coordinate with insurance companies to support accurate claims processing and payments, maintain active insurance contracts, and ensure adherence to agreements. I serve as a liaison between the organization, insurance companies, and auditors, manage company and clinician credentialing processes, and uphold strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards. I provide regular status updates to management on accounts and collections, and I participate in training and ongoing professional development.

Before and around my billing work, I supported clients directly as a Home Health Aide, delivered customer service through phone, email, and chat, and contributed to social services through case management and dependency case work. This experience shapes how I communicate, problem-solve, and stay organized—especially when balancing operational needs with empathy for patients and families.
