What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles delivering cloud, infrastructure or security programmes at scale, in collaborative, compliance-focused teams with clear strategic impact.

Senior Technology Programme Manager with 15+ years' experience delivering complex technology transformation, infrastructure and cybersecurity programmes across financial services, investment banking, hedge funds, trading technology, insurance and professional services.

Proven track record of recovering failing programmes, establishing effective governance, managing complex technology change and delivering measurable commercial outcomes in high-pressure and highly regulated environments. Experienced managing programmes and projects valued at $20M+, working across cloud transformation, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, identity and access management, infrastructure modernisation, data centre migration and trading technology.

Strong combination of programme leadership and technical fluency, with the ability to translate complex technology requirements into clear delivery plans, manage senior stakeholders and suppliers, control budgets and risks, and lead cross-functional engineering and technology teams.

Experienced working with C-suite, executive stakeholders, steering committees, technology leadership and business sponsors, with a particular strength in stabilising complex programmes, improving delivery governance and restoring stakeholder confidence.
