What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can stabilize delivery flow, create visibility, and coach cross-functional teams working on data/AI in regulated environments—owning Jira/Agile governance, program reporting, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead with 15+ years of experience facilitating high-performing teams across enterprise software, BI/reporting, scientific data infrastructure, and independent consulting. As a CSM/CSPO, I build Jira/Confluence architecture and coaching routines that rapidly stabilize delivery flow, create visibility, and bring order to complex data/AI workstreams.

At Yale University’s Center for Neuroscience & Regeneration Research, I served as Scrum Master and Data Science Architect for a translational neuroscience team of 5–8, supporting sprint-based delivery that produced 12 peer-reviewed publications over four years. I aligned quarterly planning cycles to researcher priorities and grant deadlines, coached backlog estimation and prioritization with principal investigators, and removed technical impediments through multi-sprint engineering initiatives adopted as best practices across the field.

I also led FAIR and compliance work for the NIH HEAL / FAIR Data Initiative, coordinating deliverables, compliance reporting, and inter-institutional communication across a multi-institute grant. I drove the FAIR data management plan from requirements through delivery in alignment with NIH Data Sharing Mandate requirements, ensuring partner teams stayed aligned while still moving iteratively.

Earlier, I founded and consulted through Single Click Science LLC and Reim Consulting, and I engineered enterprise-grade Jira ecosystems—designing an enterprise-wide Jira platform serving 500+ users across sales, DevOps, QA, and engineering with tailored dashboards for each department. I’ve also embedded Scrum and CMMI-aligned processes for organizations like Holland America Group and Intersource LLC, including Jira reporting automation, sprint metrics ownership, and stakeholder-ready program reporting that kept teams predictable and improving.
