At Prometheum, I'm the sole Scrum Master for five engineering teams, planning sprints and releases around historical delivery data. By coaching teams to split large stories, I helped cut typical cycle time from about two weeks to 3–5 days.

I manage releases from QA and UAT through signoff and deployment, with zero production defects and zero rollbacks over the past year. I also connected Claude to Jira through MCP to help produce sprint health reports and release notes, saving 8–10 hours per cycle with Product and Engineering reviewing the output.

At Concave / Fjord, I helped build the delivery foundation for multiple DeFi crypto projects from day one, then trained four Scrum Masters and handed ceremonies over as teams became self-sufficient. I bring SAFe Program Consultant certification and experience across regulated fintech, DoD, and IRS delivery.
